The Great Bend Public Library provides the community with comfortable places to hold meetings. Outside groups and organizations are encouraged to use the library as a space to exchange ideas and provide or participate in events for the enrichment of the public. The Great Bend Public Library also has Study Rooms available for patrons to use as meeting places for group projects or places to study. The Lower Level Meeting Rooms require reservations to use.
We only accept reservations through the online form by following the link below. If you have difficulty placing a reservation using the form, please call us at 620-792-2409 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Private Meeting Rooms (downstairs): Large Lower-Level Meeting Room and Small Lower-Level Meeting Room (also called “Classroom”) * These rooms require a reservation.
Study Rooms (upstairs): Main Conference Room, Blue Study Room 1, Green Study Room 2, and Yellow Study Room 3 * These rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis, but you may reserve a room to guarantee it will be free for you.
